2022 - 2023 Board of Directors Nominations

The OCMS Nominating Committee is looking for individuals to serve on its Board of Directors. If you believe you are qualified, complete the online submission form by May 27, 2022. All information will be considered confidential and reviewed only by the Nominating Committee and Executive Director.


Nomination Committee Process:
The Nominating Committee will meet in April to review the applications and select a slate of candidates for ballot election by the OCMS membership. Ballots will be mailed to members before the 2022 OCMS Annual Meeting. All nominees will be notified before the slate of nominees is announced to the OCMS membership.


The OCMS Board of Directors is composed of the President, President-Elect, Immediate Past-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and a maximum of twelve elected directors.  View a description of the roles and responsibilities of the board members. 

While any member is eligible to serve, preference will be given to members who demonstrate a commitment to OCMS and agree to the following guidelines:

  • A willingness to represent the membership as a whole, think strategically, and work well in a team setting.

  • Commit freely and willingly of your personal time and professional expertise for quarterly board meetings and be regularly accessible via e-mail and come prepared to all meetings.



The Board of Directors application consists of the following items:

  1. Personal information statement

  2. Review and agree to Board responsibilities

  3. Disclosure of any conflicts of interest
