Call Senators during Break! Keep Pressure on to Stop Medicare Cuts! See our Legislative page for more information. Senate Fails to Act on Medicare Republican Senators blocked efforts to call up the Medicare bill (HR 6331), and instead put politics ahead of patients. The bill would cancel the 10 percent payment cut scheduled July 1.  Michigan Senators Stabenow and Levin, Democrats, deserve thanks as they both voted to take up the bill. OCMS strongly urges the Senate to take up the issue when they return July 6.  Watch your email or our legislative page for updates.
