OCMS Membership & Committees
Get Involved Today!

Dear Colleagues:

The OCMS has been in continuous existence since its charter in 1902. We have a proud heritage of international as well as American Medical/Osteopathic Graduates.

Our county society exists to bring unity to the medical community and promote local public relations. Your support and professional input are important to us. More than ever, medicine must have a unified voice if we are to be effective in legislative affairs. By joining with your colleagues you can contribute to this organized, unified approach locally, statewide and nationally. The societies have many tangible and intangible benefits to offer you as a physician. In this era of rising costs and shrinking budgets, we cannot afford to ignore the responsibilities to our profession.

Sincerely,

Betty Chu, MD
Immediate Past President, Oakland County Medical Society
