Joanna Smith,
MD is an OB/GYN for the Laurel Women’s Medical Group
in Bloomfield Hills and is certified by the American
Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
A graduate of the University of Michigan
Medical School in Ann Arbor in 1984, Dr. Smith completed her residency
in obstetrics and gynecology at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical
Center in Chicago. She began practicing at Laurel Women's Medical
Group in 1992.
Dr. Smith is board certified, and is a fellow
of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is
a member of the Michigan State Medical Society and has been a member
of the Oakland County Medical Society since 1989. She is currently
the Secretary for the OCMS Board of Directors.
She is an attending physician at William Beaumont
Hospital in Royal Oak, where she also serves as a member of the Obstetrical
Quality Assurance Committee and the Chairman's Advisory Committee
in the Department of OB/GYN. |
