Barry Auster,
MD is a 1974 graduate of the University of Michigan
Medical School. He did his residency training at
Washington University in St Louis, Missouri. He
is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology
since 1978.
He has been a Clinical Instructor at the
Wayne State University Department of Dermatology since 1982 and
received the Teacher of the Year award in 1999. He also received
a Teacher of the Year award in 1998 at the Providence Hospital
Department of Family Practice.
He is a member of the Michigan State Medical
Society, the Michigan Dermatological Society, and a
Fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology, the
American Society for Dermatological Surgery, and the
American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is
currently serving as the President on the OCMS Board of Directors
for two terms. |
